Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Haviox Labs. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with these terms.

Research use only

All products sold by Haviox Labs are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, or medical devices. No statements on this site have been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory authority.

You are responsible for the appropriate handling, storage, and disposal of all products, and for complying with all applicable laws, safety standards, and institutional policies governing their use.

Ordering, pricing & availability

Product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. While we strive for accuracy, typographical or system errors in pricing or product details may occasionally occur — in such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will notify you promptly.

Lot-to-lot variations within normal analytical tolerance may occur. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided per lot and reflect measured values for that specific batch.

Payments & chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers. All prices are displayed and charged in USD. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout where required.

Suspected payment fraud or misuse of chargebacks may result in order cancellation. We actively contest chargebacks that do not reflect a legitimate dispute.

Shipping & risk of loss

We aim to ship all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or holidays. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. We recommend purchasing carrier insurance where available.

Haviox Labs ships within the United States only. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Inspection & acceptance

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us no later than 3 business days of receipt with photos and your order details. After this window, the order is considered accepted and no further action can be taken.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. Due to the research-grade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds after purchase, except in verified cases of shipping error or damaged goods as outlined above. For full details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

Warranty & disclaimers

We stand behind what we ship. At the time of shipment, our products will conform to the specifications stated for that lot. If a product does not meet those specifications, your remedy is, at our discretion, a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Beyond this, all products are provided "as-is" without any additional warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haviox Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Haviox Labs and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your handling, storage, use, or resale of our products, or from any breach of these terms.

Site content & intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and COAs — is owned by or licensed to Haviox Labs and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of this site without our written consent.

Any reviews or content you submit grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use them on our site. All submissions must be lawful and non-infringing.

Compliance, resale & export

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, use, transport, resale, and disposal of our products. You agree not to export or re-export any product in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
