Refund & Return Policy
We want every order to be exactly right. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle order issues, written plainly, no surprises.
All sales are final. Due to the research-grade, temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Every order placed through Haviox Labs is final at the time of purchase. Because our products are research-grade and precisely stored, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations regardless of whether the package has been opened. This policy exists to protect the integrity of every product we put our name on, for every customer we serve.
Something wrong with your order?
We take full responsibility for what leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please reach out to us no later than 3 business days of delivery. To help us resolve it quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of what happened
How we make it right
Once we've reviewed and confirmed the issue, we'll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement of the affected item or a refund for that specific item. We handle every case individually and with care. Our goal is always a fair outcome for you.
Shipping & delivery
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once dispatched, and orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout are the customer's responsibility. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered received.
Order cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed and cannot be canceled once submitted. Please take a moment to review your cart and shipping details before completing checkout. We want to make sure everything is exactly right from the start.
