We do not sell your personal information, ever. We collect only what's needed to process your order and keep our site running securely.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways, what you give us directly, and what's gathered automatically when you use our site.

- Billing and shipping information when you place an order
- Messages you send us through support, forms, or reviews
- Newsletter or marketing preferences if you opt in
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser info, including IP address, browser type, and language
- Usage data, including pages visited, clicks, and session duration
- Approximate location derived from your IP address, city or region level only

We never collect or store full payment card numbers, government IDs, or health information. Payments are handled entirely by our secure third-party processors.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including managing your account, shipping your products, and providing customer support
- Keep our site running smoothly, monitoring performance, fixing issues, and preventing fraud or abuse
- Communicate with you, order confirmations, shipping updates, and account-related messages. If you've opted in, we may also send promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Meet legal obligations, tax records, accounting, and compliance with applicable laws

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it's being used. Here's what we use:

Who we share your data with

How long we keep your data
- Account & order records, kept while your account is active and for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, typically 5 to 7 years
- Support messages, retained as needed to resolve your issue and improve our service
- Marketing preferences, until you unsubscribe or request deletion
When your data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights & choices
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw consent for marketing communications or request a copy of the data we hold about you.
As a Florida-based company, we comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising without your consent. California residents may also exercise rights under the CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, though we do neither.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at Info@havioxlabs.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Children's privacy
Our site is intended for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
