Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Haviox Labs Partner Program is subject to approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Applications may be reviewed based on professional presentation, online presence, content quality, brand alignment, and compliance with Haviox Labs Research Use Only standards.

Approved applicants receive access to the Haviox Partner Dashboard. Declined applicants may submit a new application after a 90-day waiting period.

All Haviox Labs products are intended strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Partners must never state or imply that any Haviox Labs product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or provide a therapeutic benefit for any disease or medical condition.

Promotional content should focus on research materials, quality, transparency, independent verification, Certificates of Analysis, manufacturing standards, and brand awareness.

Approved partners receive a unique referral link and referral code for promoting Haviox Labs.

Referral links remain valid for 30 days following the customer's initial referral click.

Customers may qualify through either an approved referral link or a valid referral code entered during checkout.

If a customer arrives through one Partner's referral link but manually enters another Partner's valid referral code during checkout, the manually entered referral code will take priority.

Future separate purchases require the customer to use the Partner's referral link or referral code again for referral attribution.

A new qualifying customer using an approved Partner referral link or referral code receives 20% OFF their first qualifying purchase.

On future qualifying purchases, the customer receives 10% OFF when using an approved Partner's referral link or referral code.

The system may use the customer's account, billing email address, billing phone number, and previous qualifying orders to determine first-purchase eligibility.

Guest checkout is not permitted. Customers must create or log into a Haviox Labs account before completing a purchase.

Partner Program discounts may not be combined with other coupons or promotional discounts unless Haviox Labs specifically permits otherwise.

Approved partners earn 15% commission on qualifying referred purchases.

Commission is calculated on the actual product subtotal paid after all applicable discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes.

All Haviox Labs products are currently eligible for Partner Program commissions unless otherwise stated.

Commission is generated only when a qualifying order is successfully attributed to the Partner through an approved referral link or referral code.

Referral commissions remain in Pending status for 30 days after the qualifying order is completed.

After the 30-day holding period and required order verification have been satisfied, eligible commissions move into the Partner's Available Balance.

Pending commissions are not eligible for payout until all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Partner commissions are processed manually once per month on the 15th.

Only commissions that have completed the 30-day holding period and moved into Available Balance before that month's payout are eligible for payment.

If a commission becomes available after the monthly payout has already been processed, it will be included in the following month's payout.

The minimum payout threshold is $50.

If a Partner's Available Balance is below $50, the balance will remain in the account and carry forward into the next payout cycle.

Haviox Labs currently supports manual Partner payments through Bank Transfer and Zelle.

For Bank Transfer, Partners may be required to provide:

• Account Holder Name
• Bank Name
• Routing Number
• Account Number
• Account Type

For Zelle, Partners may provide the email address or phone number associated with their Zelle account.

Haviox Labs does not guarantee instant or automatic payouts.

Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders may be rejected or reversed.

If the commission is still Pending or Available, the corresponding amount may be removed from the Partner's balance.

If a commission has already been paid before a refund or chargeback occurs, the applicable amount may be deducted from the Partner's future balance.

Partial refunds may result in a proportional commission adjustment based on the refunded amount.

Approved Partners automatically receive 15% Partner Pricing on eligible personal purchases when logged into their approved Haviox Partner account.

Partner Pricing is applied automatically and does not require the Partner to use a referral link or referral code.

Partner Pricing is intended only for the Partner's personal purchases and is separate from referral commissions.

Partners may not earn referral commissions on their own purchases.

If a Partner attempts to use their own referral link or referral code, Haviox Labs may use account information, email addresses, order details, and other available identifiers to identify and prevent self-referral commissions.

Personal Partner purchases are treated separately from qualifying customer referral purchases.

Partners may not manipulate referral tracking, create fraudulent customer accounts, submit artificial orders, improperly reuse first-purchase discounts, or otherwise attempt to generate commissions that would not normally qualify.

Fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or prohibited activity may result in commission rejection, suspension, termination, or forfeiture of unpaid commissions where appropriate.

Partners agree to represent Haviox Labs professionally, honestly, accurately, and consistently with the company's brand standards.

Partner content should focus on quality, transparency, independent verification, premium research materials, Certificates of Analysis, and Research Use Only standards.

Haviox Labs logos, product labels, official artwork, and approved marketing materials may not be materially altered without written authorization.

Partners may promote Haviox Labs through approved channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites, email, and other professional platforms.

Partners should use approved Haviox Labs marketing materials whenever possible and must follow all Research Use Only requirements.

Promotional flyers and other resources made available through the Partner Dashboard remain the property of Haviox Labs and may be added, replaced, updated, or removed at any time.

Partners remain responsible for complying with applicable advertising regulations, disclosure requirements, platform policies, and laws within their jurisdiction.

Haviox Labs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, decline, or terminate any Partner account that violates these Terms, the Partner Guidelines, Research Use Only requirements, applicable laws, or professional standards.

Termination may result in loss of Partner Dashboard access and, where applicable, forfeiture of unpaid commissions connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Haviox Labs reserves the right to modify the Partner Program, commission rates, customer discounts, Partner benefits, eligibility requirements, payment schedules, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Haviox Partner Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised program terms.

Participation in the Partner Program is also subject to the general Haviox Labs Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable website policies.
